Violet possesses exceptional abilities and, to this day, she is the sole female in Zimbabwe recognized as a soccer match organizer by the Confederation of African Football. In this capacity, she has successfully organized a variety of international soccer tournaments and matches, such as the CAF Gift Tournament that took place in Harare last December.
Violet has held various portfolios both locally and internationally, with one of her most notable roles being appointed as a FIFA Women’s Football Expert. In this capacity, she was responsible for assisting FIFA Member Associations in the implementation of Women’s Development Programmes. A significant achievement during her time was the introduction of a successful FIFA Women’s Football Campaign project in West Nile Province, Uganda.
On the academic front, she graduated from the renowned FIFA Master Programme, which has been recognized as Europe’s top sports management master’s degree by Sports Business.
Violet has a strong passion for entrepreneurship and participated in the Mandela Washington Fellowship in 2019, which enhanced her skills in business leadership. This experience motivated her to establish her own start-up, Sports Redeem, a consulting firm focused on promoting financial sustainability within sports organizations. In June 2024, she earned a Master of Intellectual Property from Africa University. Driven by her enthusiasm for commercialization in sports, Violet pursued a new path advocating for the protection of intellectual property rights in this field. Recently, she successfully obtained five trademarks through the African Regional Intellectual Property Organization (ARIPO).
