Limpho Doreen Rakoto is the former Paralympian for Lesotho with the appearances in Sydney 2000 and Athens 2004 Paralympic Games. He holds a BA Degree in Economics and Post Graduate in Management Practice. He has done a sport administration course with Lesotho National Olympic Committee of Lesotho (LNOC) and attended several sport workshops with Lesotho Sport and Recreation Commission, LSRC and International Paralympic Committee, IPC. Amongst them Introduction to Para-Sport. He is currently the NPC President of Lesotho.
